SHOPIFY APPThe financial and environmental impact of online sales and returns has become a concern for both brands and consumers. Commerce brands have created the expectation of easy returns in order for consumers to try the product and find the right size. For many brands, the return policy is an integral part of the business and at times a value proposition. However, brands are now seeing consumers abuse this policy with the rise of ‘serial returners' and ‘wardrobing’. In turn, brands are now including the cost of returns in the price of the item. This creates a culture of mindless consumerism without accountability or consideration of the real impact of easy returns.
ReKeepIt’s concept is simple, save when you don’t return.
ReKeepit helps ecommerce brands reduce return rates and its high operational costs. We designed an informative landing page and an admin dashboard for easy management of the process.

The platform at full force, could display thousands of line items that would be far too overwhelming to digest. To mediate the overload, we chose to design quick search and filter elements to refine the data table view.
The search bar was designed to query multiple data points to support any information admin users had.
Revenue was a data point with high significance to ReKeepIt stakeholders and most commonly used to pull reports. That warranted the displayed numerical ranges so a user can quickly input parameters around their view.

About This Project
This app empowered merchants to become environmentally conscious in their business operations. This project revitalized my perspective on the eCommerce industry and highlighted the growing eco-conscious segment of brands within the space.
